The Certified Beef Programme recognises steak restaurants that demonstrate exceptional meat quality combined with verified sourcing, responsible cattle farming and transparent communication.
CERTIFICATION FEE
To preserve credibility and independence, certification is subject to a fee structure to cover the cost of assessment and ongoing governance. Payment of the fee does not guarantee certification and has no influence on the outcome - all decisions are evidence-based.
